Ladies and gentlemen, teachers and sons, on this occasion I would like to talk about the generation that has a fairly high gap with the previous generation. A generation that has experienced quite a drastic cultural change, again compared to its predecessor generation. The born generation is more capable of adapting to technological advances, especially in this era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Yes, what I will talk about is the millennial generation.
The millennial generation is a term for people born with an all-digital environment from an early age and have adapted from the start to the situation. The easiest way to filter the profile of this generation is by year of birth. The range, they were born from 1981 to 1996. They also have a younger brother who has many similarities. The name is Generation Z, or people born from 1996 to 2015.
As I have said, this generation is a generation that naturally has a special advantage in mastering technology. But it seems that is also what makes some problems appear, especially on social media. A small portion of the millennial generation seems too immersed in the digital world. Why? Because there seems to be a new social status they want to get. Some millennials seem to be trying to get the attention of netizens.
This is usually referred to as social assistance or an abbreviation of "social climbing." Everything will be done to get views, likes, and followers to increase their status on social media. Photos are taken in such a way and are given dazzling filters. Various dances, dubbing, and things that attract attention are recorded and uploaded, hoping to become an internet sensation and go viral.
Actually, it is not a problem; it can actually make the younger generation become productive in producing works. But what is unfortunate is that some millennials move beyond normal limits. Let's say that being "crazy" is indeed one of the musts to be viral. But do you have to do outrageous pranks or pranks by giving donation boxes filled with trash?
The answer, of course, is clear, no! Be creative in creating sensational works that must not violate norms and religion! There is no single reason that can justify it. Even the virtual world still has norms and laws that apply. Don't forget that what we write, mention, upload, or other social media activities will be recorded and can be seen by anyone, including the authorities.
So, I emphasize once again, try to be as creative as possible, as freely and as wildly as possible but still pay attention to the norms, morality, law, and other social elements embedded in our social and religious life. In fact, sometimes doing something without expecting anything in return, such as social assistance, will actually have a better effect. Isn't social media supposed to be a means of socializing and having fun together? Use it properly.
Closing
There are many new things that we must welcome as a sign of the turning of the wheels of time towards a more advanced era. But don't forget the values and wisdom of the past. That's what I want to say. Once again, be creative as freely as possible. Creativity has no limits, as long as values, morals, laws, and religion are not toyed with.

The year was full of challenges and various spontaneous events that forced us to be willing and able to adapt to various changes in the social, economic, and especially health climate.
I will not go into detail and will go straight to the main point I want to convey. First, in the midst of this low sales season, I hope that all will respond quickly and always be open to various changes and updates needed to advance the company.
Second, please put safety first. Stay fit, and always comply with company and government health protocols. The company will not be able to develop if we, as crew members, are helpless.
Third and lastly, keep the spirit and always think positive. Over the years, various obstacles never stop coming, but we can always get through them together.
Closing
That's all I want to say. Sorry if it sounds too casual and short. But it's really that simple, that's all we have to do. I fully believe that we will be able to continue to fight together towards a better tomorrow. Thank you and goodbye!

When I ask myself again about the importance of education, I suddenly remember the memories of my school days. In the evening, I spent hours doing my math homework which, to be honest, didn't really interest me at that time. The next day I had to get up early and go to school.
I also suddenly thought of my teachers, my favorite history subject, my friends, and the other joys of that time. Even though it's not that perfect, I'm a lucky person because I like school and studying. However, I also have a lot of friends who don't really like going to school, and many of them feel like they're just forced to study.
I think it is difficult for me, maybe for some of you, to realize the benefits of education in the time we are following. Even I, who is still lucky and likes the learning process at school, can still feel the boredom and complaints from school activities.
I have previously explained that I am not very fond of mathematics. My point of view was why should I learn these complex formulas? What can I do with that hard count? Counting multiplication and division correctly also feels like enough for life.
But, even so, again, I must emphasize that I am one of the lucky ones because I just don't like math. While others, which I witnessed and experienced myself, most of my colleagues did not really like what was learned in school.
I personally feel that this is the most concerning thing in our education world. Why did that happen? This became the quest of a lifetime for me. Today, this minute, this very second, I want to invite all of you to help me complete this unfinished mission.
What really happened? Why do many children do not like to learn? Why is our children's interest in reading low? What should be done to prevent it? Are Indonesian children basically lazy? I do not think so.
Has our education system failed to reach them? It could be, but it is still far from a concrete thesis. Is this a form of failure of parents in every household to get their children to like learning from an early age? It's too hard to be sure.
After all, I think all these hypotheses should be ruled out. Why? Because in order to completely fix the world of education, what must be done is to continue to look for facts and find out the exact reasons by asking, empathizing, and going directly to the field to witness for yourself what really happened.
In my opinion, that has not been the case here. There is a gap between the reality on the ground and what you guys are planning up here. I think it's time for us to adopt a grassroots curriculum; for example, let's move our education from where it is directly, from the classrooms where students study accompanied by their educators, both at school and at home.
So that everyone knows and feels what education really means. What is learning to know something? How the impact of schools or other educational activities will shape the character of the nation's future children.
Closing
Through such an approach, all of us, you, students, teachers, parents, as a unit of educational apparatus, will finally understand better that information cannot become knowledge without education. We all have to stay in an educational environment because the main problem of our education is the gap between reality and reality. Be that problem, and then we are one step away from solving it. Thank you for your attention; I bid farewell to my resignation, Wassalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh; good afternoon, greetings to all of us, Om Swastyastu, Namo Buddhaya, best regards.
